42 inch lcd vizio
new hdtv looks bad?
ok we bought a 42 inch vizio lcd tv with full 1080p and it looks like crap we do have normal cable and cant afford to get digital cable on the ox it said it had 2 tv tuners 1 for hdtv and one for normal can some one help me
If you don't have digital cable, your new TV is no better than your old analog set - so you aren't able to enjoy HD programming. It seems you have 2 choices: Choice 1 - get the HD digital cable package from the cable company (they will supply either a set top box, or cable card if your set has that capability), or choice 2, get an antenna (and I don't think we are talking rabbit ears here), which will allow you to get over the air digital from the local stations that you can receive. Check these out at one of the electronics stores in the area.

Which of these two TV should I get?
I intend to get a new TV, mainly for gaming (Xbox 360). which of these two TV should I wait? Vizio 26-inch or 23-inch Toshiba? I think the sizes you could look you'll be good anyway. I think some Toshiba models can often be a step in a Vizio, but I see more in the big series. I think not is a world away in picture quality between the two sets. But the key is the This is your television. Then you should definitely go to watch TV in a store and see the image quality they produce. Above all see things as text or logos on the screens. This is a good benchmark to try to determine which provides a better picture of you.
